Refund/Return Policy for Suntuity AirWorks Authorized Products:
Suntuity AirWorks backs the manufacturer’s warranty on all products we sell from the date they are delivered (in their original packaging) against any identified defects in materials, and workmanship when the user’s manual is properly utilized.
We accept returns for exchange for up to 14 calendar days after the confirmed delivery of your purchase. After those 14 days, we will offer you an exchange or store credit at our discretion. In order to be considered an exchange, items must be brand new, unaltered and visibly unused.
The Suntuity AirWorks definition of brand new, unaltered and visibly unused is:
- No signs of use
- No signs of damage or wear and tear
- No missing components
- Packaging undamaged
- No special and custom orders
Returns for refund are only acceptable within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery of your purchase. After 7 days, we will offer a refund for store credit at your discretion. It is imperative that items are considered “brand new and unopened” for a refund to be considered.
The Suntuity AirWorks definition of “brand new and unopened” is:
- original factory seals remain intact
- Packaging in new condition
- Not a special or customer order
If an item your purchased is damaged upon arrival or the wrong item is shipped to you, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. Defective items that we have shipped, or items that you did not order but received from us, qualify for store credit or a cash refund. We cannot accept any returns on an opened item that is considered a “spare part”.
Refunds are also contingent upon the inspection conducted of each of item once we have received it back.
Suntuity AirWorks has an 18% restocking fee for any returned items that are not exchanged or damaged. For any items returned after 7 days without contact us will not be refunded. If the seller is not at fault, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please handle your equipment with care, especially if you intend to return it.
- Water Damage. Do not have your drone take off in the sand, fly in the rain, or land it in water.
- Crash Damage. Warranties do not cover damages from crashing your drone.
- Abuse Damage. Warranties do not cover misuse of the drone.
- Loss. Warranties do not cover lost drones.
We strongly advise that you keep the original packaging. The best way for you to ship the equipment back is in its original packaging. Sending the equipment without packaging only risk more damage for which you would be responsible. For a warranty return, all system components must be in the package.
